• Redevelop the Ocean Reef Marina
• Build a performing arts & cultural centre in the city centre
• Build a landmark building to attract further investment in the city centre
• Continue major refurbishment of clubroom buildings
• Build a Civic Square in the city centre
• Build a community centre in Currambine
• Establish a youth drop-in centre
• Build a Lions community centre in Padbury
• Provision for beachfront cafes and restaurants
• Build an amphitheatre and park at Edgewater Quarry
• Build a skate and BMX park
