Under Troy Pickard’s leadership Council has:

• Increased the Streetscape Enhancement Program budget from $265,000 in ‘06/’07 to $4.9 mil in ‘09/’10
• Increased the Parks Equipment Program budget from $340,000 in ‘06/’07 to $1.8 mil in ‘09/’10
• Provided doggie do bags and bins in 201 parks and reserves
• Introduced residential parking restrictions and parking permits
• Held a pilot Verge Enhancement Competition in Heathridge and Greenwood
• Started a program to improve the City’s 228 drainage sumps
