• $6.8m of road construction works in Connolly Drive and Moore Drive
• $1.0m to complete road and landscaping works in Burns Beach Road
• $8.0 million for road preservation, resurfacing, local road traffic management and blackspot projects
• $3.3 million for the upgrade of West Coast Drive streetscape and dual use path from Beach Road to the Plaza Sorrento
• $6.0 million to complete the construction of the 50m outdoor pool at Craigie Leisure Centre
• $4.9 million for community centre, hall, library, clubroom and toilet upgrades and enhancements
• $2.1 million capital and operating expenditure for foreshores and natural areas
• $1.8 million for parks equipment including resurfacing of courts and wickets, playground equipment, shelters and BBQs
• $1.3 million for vehicle and plant replacement
• $800,000 to advance the Ocean Reef Marina project
