Under Troy Pickard’s leadership Council has laid the foundation that will make the Joondalup City Centre the second CBD of Perth.

• Sought the designation of the city centre as a tourism precinct
• Supported local businesses through funding initiatives and programs
• Bought, built and improved parking facilities in the city centre
• Beautified the streetscapes with signage, landscaping and a Street Tree Renewal Program
