Under Troy Pickard’s leadership Council has:

• Established a policy to recognise significant anniversaries with a once-off grant and civic reception
• Invited volunteers, groups and clubs to civic functions
• Given clubs and groups which raise money for charity 10 hours free facility hire a week
• Created funding programs for community groups and sporting clubs
